As a board certified clinical neuropsychologist, Dr. Paltzer has been a neuropsychology expert witness in a wide variety of cases throughout California, as well as Colorado, Florida, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Texas, Utah, and Washington. International clients are primarily from China and Taiwan. Dr. Paltzer can provide all services in either English or Mandarin Chinese. She also reads and writes traditional and simplified Chinese.
