Neuropsychological Assessment

Neuropsychological Assessment helps you to realize your potential and re-embark on a bright future

The brain is a complex organ.  When a brain injury, disease or mental disorder is at issue in a legal case, proving or disproving the condition can be challenging.  Although advanced neuroimaging techniques (e.g. MRI or fMRI) can help to detect whether there has been a brain injury or disease, they cannot conclusively determine the impact of a injury or disease on the whole person.

Neuropsychology is the scientific study of brain function and its effect on behavior.  A neuropsychological assessment is often used to complement other (e.g., neuroimaging) techniques, and can provide a more comprehensive evaluation of the whole person and her/his support system, rather than merely indicate whether an insult has occurred or not.
