Attorneys & the Courts
As a board certified clinical neuropsychologist, Dr. Paltzer has been a neuropsychology expert witness in a wide variety of cases throughout California, as well as several other states (e.g., Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Texas and Washington). International clients are primarily from China and Taiwan. Dr. Paltzer can provide all services in either English or Chinese. She speaks Mandarin Chinese and also reads and writes traditional and simplified Chinese. She travels outside of California for legal cases and can provide assistance and consultation with:
